Remanufacturing process
- Hardware is removed from all panels, shelves, and work surfaces.
- Each component is carefully inspected and reconditioned as needed.
- Metal components are sanded and pre-washed prior to painting. Pieces are painted in our state of the art powder coating line or by electrostatic paint process and heat cured.
- Over 350 panels are covered daily. Fabric is applied and newly sanded and painted shells are installed along with reused hanger rail and new top cap.
- Work surfaces are meticulously crafted to your specifications using highly accurate computerized equipment. A 3mm edge banding is applied all the way around the surface.
- Every order is cross-checked for accuracy.
